At Mindful Movements, each piece is created with intention — designed to support your practice and accompany you through the sacred rhythm of movement and breath. If something doesn’t meet your expectations, we’re here to support you with clarity and care.
30-Day Return Window
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for store credit or a refund to your original payment method, provided the item is unused and in its original condition.
To begin a return or exchange, please contact us within the 30-day window with:
- Your order number
- A brief description of your request
- Photos, if applicable (for damaged/incorrect items)
Once approved, we’ll guide you through next steps.
Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns or exchanges for:
- Unused items in original condition
- Items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect
For damaged or incorrect items, we’ll take care of everything — including the return shipping cost — and replace the item or issue a refund.
Non-Returnable Items
To maintain product integrity and hygiene standards, some items are not eligible for return:
- Used or opened yoga mats, towels, or blocks
- Items purchased on sale
- Digital gift cards
- Custom or limited-edition products
- Items showing wear, marks, or use
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll issue your refund or store credit. Refunds are processed to the original payment method.
Please allow 5–10 business days for your bank or card provider to complete the transaction.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
For standard returns (non-damaged items), customers are responsible for return shipping.
Order Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled within 4 hours of purchase. After this period, the order may already be in production or transit and cannot be cancelled.
