Mindful Movements: 3-Hour Master Yoga Experience with Caro & Gloria

Join us for a 3-hour immersive journey of yoga, breath, movement, and deep nervous system restoration designed to guide you back to your natural state of homeostasis — a space of calm, clarity, and tranquility.

This special master class blends ancient yogic practices with somatic healing techniques to create a powerful mind, body, and spirit experience.

Through mindful yoga, breathwork, meditation, somatic dance, and Ayurvedic self-care, we will explore and embody the 8 limbs of yoga, allowing the practice to move beyond the mat and into deeper levels of awareness and healing.

This is more than a yoga class — it is a powerful experience of reconnection, release, and renewal.


What We Will Experience

 Mindful Yoga Movement with Caro
Slow and intentional yoga to awaken the body and cultivate presence.

 Breathwork & Meditation
Guided breathing techniques and meditation to regulate the nervous system and calm the mind.

 Somatic Dance with Gloria
A free-flow movement practice designed to release stored emotions and allow the body to express and process energy naturally.

 Abhyanga Self-Care Practice
Gloria will guide us through elements of Abhyanga, an Ayurvedic self-massage practice that nourishes the nervous system, promotes circulation, and deepens the connection to self-care and embodiment.

 Integration of the 8 Limbs of Yoga
Experience yoga as a full lifestyle practice that brings the body, mind, and spirit into harmony.


Limited Spots

To keep this experience intimate and supportive, the class is limited to only 12 participants.

Once the 12 spaces are filled, registration will close.

This class is open to all levels — beginners are absolutely welcome.

Whether you are new to yoga or have been practicing for years, this experience is designed to meet you exactly where you are.
